Refund policy

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

Return eligibility

Your item must be unworn or unused, with its tags and original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. This return window applies to the current in-stock products, including their displayed sale prices.

How to request a return

Email nokamigear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and any applicable return-shipping details with those instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Contact us about your return first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement you want, subject to availability.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Preorders

For future releases explicitly marked as preorders, the 14-day return request period begins when you receive the item. Review the product page for the estimated dispatch window before ordering.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law. For merchandise shipped to the European Union, the applicable 14-day cancellation or return rights remain available.
