Shipping policy

In-stock items

The Black Star Hoodie and White Clad Beanie currently listed in stock are ready to ship. Shipping transit times and available services are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Preorders

Future preorder releases will be clearly marked on their product pages with an estimated dispatch window. A preorder timeline applies only to products explicitly marked as preorders, not to our in-stock items.

Free U.S. shipping

U.S. orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $90 USD or more receive free shipping. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum. Any applicable discounts can affect eligibility; the final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Other shipping rates and destinations

For orders below the free-shipping minimum and for international orders, available destinations, services and shipping costs are shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import charges.

Orders containing preorder and in-stock items

Items ordered together may ship together once all items are ready. Contact us before ordering if you need to discuss separate shipments.

Returns and help

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery. Read our return policy for conditions and instructions.
